Flame retardant agent
ATP is a newly washing resistant finishing
agent for polyester flame retardant finishing.
It is convenient to use with normal equipments
and it doesn¡¯t contain halogen on according
with requirement of the environmental , its
main technical index up to leading level in
the world. ATP features a durable retardant
effect. The limited oxide index (LOI) can
reach 40 and the effectiveness can be retained
after 50 washes. It can achieve B1 level basing
on the standards of GB5454-85. The manufacturing
process will not emit odor, not-influence
on shade, touch, and has no strength reduction
.
It is no influence on color shading ,handling,
treated fabric the effectiveness can be retained
after 30 washes. The manufacturing process
will not emit odor or toxin, no-influence
on shade, touch, and has no strength reduction.
The appearance is a light yellow paste with
a density of 1.2-1.3 g/cm3 (20 ¡ãC) and a pH
value of 1.5-3.0.Its phosphorous content is
more than 19. It is not a dangerous goods
and it disperse into water quickly, also it
can be bath with most of agents.

Flame retardant agent SCJ-968 |

Flame retardant agent SCJ-968 is a
reactive agent. Applied for finishing for cotton,
silk/ramie and chemical fibers, as well as decorative
materials used in hotels and cars, it proves effective
at flame retarding, Its appearance is a colorless
solution with a solid content of 60% and a PH value
of 7-8. The method of application makes it easy
to be operated in conventional dyeing and finishing
machines, or for spraying on decorative fabrics
such as curtains, wallpaper, carpet, and absorbent
materials etc. the treated fabric has no afterflame
and afterglow phenomena, as well as no strength
reduction and is soft to handle.

Flame retardant Finishing Agent CP is a durable,
reactive finishing agent. It suitable for finishing
cotton textile fabric (such as khaki, corduroy,
plain fabric ),knitting fabric, towel , bed sheet,
decoration cloth and canvas net etc. It also applied
for finishing linen, viscose, etc fabric. Its appearance
is a yellowish clarity liquid with efficient component
of 80%, non dangerous goods. The method of application
makes it easy to be operated in conventional dyeing
and finishing machines, it can be dissolved with
every kind of finishing agent. The treated fabric
has no afterflame and afterglow phenomena, as well
as no strength reduction and is soft to handle,
the effectiveness can be retained after 30 washes.
